The Wellbeing Team supports a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment through a whole-school approach. This includes promoting mental health and emotional wellbeing, working collaboratively with staff, students, and families, ensuring timely access to support, and connecting families with appropriate services. The team also leads inclusive education practices, ensuring all students are supported to access and engage meaningfully in their learning.
Teaching and Learning
Students at Bolwarra Primary school learn the Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships curriculum alongside the Big Life Footsteps program. Through these programs, students develop resilience, emotional awareness, and respectful relationship skills. Our goal is to empower students with practical strategies to manage challenges, build positive coping skills, and confidently navigate life’s ups and downs, laying strong foundations for lifelong mental health and wellbeing.
Disability and Inclusion
Disability and Inclusion is a fundamental component across our school. This includes inclusive practices that ensure every student can access, participate in, and thrive in their learning. We work collaboratively with staff, families, and allied health professionals to develop personalised supports, implement adjustments and foster a culture of belonging.
